The organizing committee of the Become Visible Accelerator, aimed at developing digital communications, received applications from 70 NGOs from 24 regions of Russia, the top seven will receive grants from 800k to 2 mln rubles. The project is financed by the Istoki Endowment Fund. The main partner of the project is the Philin Philgood Group of Companies.
Participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara Region, Tatarstan, Bashkiria and Pskov Region are the most widely represented. Since 2021, 335 applications from 48 regions of Russia have been submitted to the Become Visible Accelerator, 24 mln rubles have been distributed. The 2025 winners will receive a total of 9.2 mln rubles.
The winners will be announced on April 8, 2025: three NGOs will receive 2 mln rubles each, four NGOs – 800k rubles each, grants can be used to develop a website or landing page; a communication strategy, including an SMM strategy or mailing list; an SMM strategy plus SMM support. There will be at least one regional NGO among the winners. Furthermore, 10 NGOs that were not among the winners, but earned the highest number of competition points, will receive advice on the development of digital tools.
