Seven NGOs will receive grants from 500k rubles to 2 mln. rubles to update digital communications. The Philin Philgood group of companies is implementing the digitalization of these NGOs.
The expert council announced the results of the “Become Visible” grant competition, an accelerator that helps Russian NGOs develop digital communications. This is one of the few opportunities for non-profit organizations to receive financing for website updates, SMM, email marketing and more.

In 2024 the total prize fund was 8 million rubles. The winners were 7 NGOs aiming to solve problems in three areas: family support, education, preservation of historical and cultural heritage and development of territories. Organizations that took 1st place receive grants in the amount of 2 mln. rubles. Those who took 2nd place – 500k rubles. There is also a special prize for a regional foundation (grant of 500k rubles).
The winners of Accelerator are:
Direction: family support
1 place. Lighthouse Charitable Foundation – offers help to critically ill children and young adults under 25 years of age by supporting children’s hospices in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
2 place. DobroSvet Charitable Foundation – offers help to critically ill children and young adults under 35 years of age in Voronezh and the Voronezh Region.
Direction: preservation of historical and cultural heritage and development of territories
1 place. Development fund “Friends of the Peterhof State Museum Reserve” – provides assistance to the state museum-reserve in solving problems of preserving and enhancing cultural heritage and developing the territory;
2 place. Sysert Development Agency – assists in development of small towns using creative approaches to solve problems of the territory in order to create new opportunities and spaces for the city and its residents.
Direction: education
1 place. Food Bank Rus charity fund – forms a national network of food banks and organizations involved in food sharing;
2 place. School of Practical Oncology – improves the competence of oncological surgeons in Russia in order to increase the survival rate of patients diagnosed with cancer.
A special prize was given to a regional organization:
Dedmorozim Foundation – helps orphans and children with life-threatening illnesses in the Perm region.
The winners are able to use the received funds to develop a website, communication and SMM strategy and relaunch social networks – tools to become visible and attract donations.
Another 10 NGOs that failed to win this time, but scored the highest number of points, will receive consultations from the Philin Philgood team, the digital partner of the competition. Communications development experts will help find an approach to build a dialogue with audiences, will audit the services to make them simpler and more convenient for supporters, and give recommendations of PR tools.
