During the expert discussion held at the XI Gaidar Forum in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), its participants addressed issues related to the newly formed National Association of Endowments of Russia (NAE) and discussed the details of the draft federal law “On introducing amendments into certain Laws of the Russian Federation with regard to improving mechanisms for the formation and use of endowments of non-profit organizations”.
