About “ISTOKI” Fund
Endowment Fund “ISTOKI” is one of the ten largest Russian endowment funds in Russia. The Fund was established in March 2013 to ensure the systemic support for fundamental institutions in society, such as family, health, education, science, historical and cultural succession. The key goal of the Fund is to manage donations with the help of modern investment and financial tools for the preservation and multiplication of the endowment and for ensuring sustainable financial support for social and publicly significant programs. Over the course of seven years, “ISTOKI” Fund has allocated about 400 million rubles for different programs and projects.


In 2001, Andrey Kudryashov graduated from the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics with a specialization in Banking and Finance. He got his MBA diploma at the Russian Academy of Economics under the Government of the Russian Federation as an expert in Innovation and Project Management.
He started his career in 1995 at NIKoil. From 2004 till 2008, he was Director General at “Our Future” Management Company. From 2008 to 2011, he held the role of Executive Director at the Foundation for Regional Social Programs “Our Future”. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department for Investment Support at URALSIB Bank. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director General at RusFin Management Company. Since December 2018, Andrey Kudryashov has held the role of Executive Director at “ISTOKI” Endowment Fund.
