Smartphones often interfere with children’s communication with parents, but the case of the unique Autism: Communication application, developed by the Our Sunny World Center with the financial support of the Istoki Endowment Fund, is exactly the opposite: the program helps parents establish a dialogue with their children who cannot speak. These are children with autism spectrum disorders, but not just them: the application helps both children and adults with various speech disorders, including cerebral palsy and the consequences of stroke.
