Vladimir Marchenko graduated from the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2003. He holds an MBA degree from the Business School of Haifa University specializing in International Business and Finances.
From 2003 to 2016, he held top positions at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a focus on bilateral relations and trade and economic cooperation with Middle Eastern countries. In 2017-2018 he implemented projects related to international business and social entrepreneurship. In December 2018, he was appointed Director of Endowment Fund “ISTOKI” and Member of the Board of Saint Andrew the First-Called Foundation.
In 2001, Andrey Kudryashov graduated from the All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics with a specialization in Banking and Finance. He got his MBA diploma at the Russian Academy of Economics under the Government of the Russian Federation as an expert in Innovation and Project Management.
He started his career in 1995 at NIKoil. From 2004 till 2008, he was Director General at “Our Future” Management Company. From 2008 to 2011, he held the role of Executive Director at the Foundation for Regional Social Programs “Our Future”. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department for Investment Support at URALSIB Bank. From 2013 to 2018, he was Director General at RusFin Management Company. Since December 2018, Andrey Kudryashov has held the role of Executive Director at “ISTOKI” Endowment Fund.
Artyom Minayev graduated from the Faculty of Government Affairs at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2001.
He was appointed Deputy Director of the Fund in 2021. Prior to that, in 2019, he was appointed Head of Communications at Dialogue of Civilizations Research Institute and Advisor to the Chairman of the Institute’s Supervisory Committee. In parallel, he has been acting as an advisor to “ISTOKI” Fund and the Foundation of Saint Andrew the First-Called regarding communications matters.
In 2017-2018, he was Director for Public Relations, Information Policy and Corporate Responsibility at Microsoft Russia, as well as a member of the board. Before that, in 2016-2017, he worked as PR Director at Domodedovo Moscow Airport. Earlier, from 2002 to 2016, he held different positions in communications at VimpelCom Ltd. (currently VEON). He started as an expert in organizational development and internal communications at “VimpelCom” (“Beeline”), eventually being appointed as Head of External Communications at the Headquarters in the Netherlands.
During his career, Artyom has implemented PR support projects for the launch of new campaigns and brands in Russia and CIS countries. Two of the projects were nominated for SABRE Awards and he has developed and implemented large-scale communications and social projects that were acknowledged by various awards in the field.
